Moderated by Dale Jamieson, Professor of Law and Director of the NYU Environmental Studies Program, this panel discussion will take place at 6 p.m. on Wednesday evening, November 16th, 2011 at NYU School of Law, Vanderbilt Hall, 40 Washington Square South.
