• Retain respected Range Consultants and Researchers who will review range data, assess the condition of the Pryor Mountain Wild Horse Range and other herd areas, and make recommendations on range improvements to increase habitat for wild horses.

• Underwrite research regarding the history of the Pryor Range, review historic documents, assess the legal boundaries of the designated Pryor Mountain Wild Horse Range and other herd areas and make recommendations on how to approach range expansion issues.

• Support the creation of educational materials for presentations to the media, schools, museums, clubs and horse expositions about the need to preserve American's wild horses.
